While citizens and non-citizens face uncertainty, we feel empowered by the strength of our diversity. Inspired by a rock en Español song, the exhibition brings together Latinx artists from different backgrounds. In the spirit of resilience, we make friends with the metaphor of the weed that refuses erasure. Because mala hierba nunca muere.

Malahierba features painting, ceramics, sculpture, poetry, and film.
